The agency was briefed to organise a mechanics training on the Bajaj Boxer 150 for 500 mechanics in 17 locations across Guinea Conakry.
OBJECTIVES
– To create awareness about the Bajaj Boxer 150 motorcycle and to also train mechanics on how to repair the boxer 150 engine.
APPROACH
– Mechanics were recruited street by street and through the Chef de Garage. in the shortlisted locations.
– Several Activities took place during the training. e.g. written and practical pre test on boxer 150, A 5 point training session, dismantling and assembling of the boxer 150 engine and much more.
RESULT
– 511 mechanics were in attendance. they were provided with refreshments, certificates of participation and a cash token for their transportation fare.
-The top 5 finalist per location were rewarded with gift items.
